Raspberry gives kombucha a beautiful pink hue and a perfect sweet-tart balance. The seeds can be left in for rustic texture or strained out for a smoother finish. Raspberry kombucha is wonderfully refreshing and one of the most photogenic flavors you can brew.

Muddle 3-4 fresh or frozen raspberries per bottle. They break down quickly, so 2 days of F2 is often enough. Strain through a fine mesh if seeds bother you.
